INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) - PURCHASE OF VEHICLE FOR THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN DHAKA

To All Potential Participants
You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Dhaka, Bangladesh under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) to purchase a Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) / Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) capped at 3,000 cc for the Singapore High Commission in Dhaka.
2 This ITQ contains the following:
Cover Letter;
Instructions To Potential Suppliers;
Conditions of Contract;
Requirement Specifications; and
Annex Reply Form.
3 The closing date of this ITQ is 10 February 2026 at 1500 hours (Bangladesh local time). The acceptance and award of the ITQ will be at the sole discretion of the Singapore High Commission in accordance with this ITQ. The Singapore High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or part of any offer.
4 All quotation offers must be delivered by email to mfa_sghcdhaka_proc@mfa.gov.sg by the given deadline as stipulated in paragraph 3.
5 The Quotation will be evaluated based on the following criteria and weightage assigned:
Price competitiveness (50%)
Compliance with Requirement Specifications (30%)
Warranty, After-Sales Service & Track Record (15%)
Innovation (5%)
6 Your Quotation must be submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation. Non-compliance with the submission mode as specified in this ITQ will result in an immediate disqualification from the ITQ exercise.
